Excluding Child-Tracker from scanning in Avast Antivirus

Add an Exception

Before downloading Child-Tracker application you need to add 2 folders to the list of exclusions.

1. Open the Avast Antivirus user interface and select ☰ Menu ▸ Settings.
   
   
   
   
2. Ensure the General tab is selected, then click Exceptions.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Add Exception button.
   
   
4. Click Browse,
   
   
   
   
5. Tick the box next to the Program files (x86) and Downloads folders OK.
